After learning about our Montessori program and determining that it is a fit for your child, please bring your completed application packet to the school office, which is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
COMPLETE APPLICATION PACKETS INCLUDE: 1. Enrollment Application Form 2. Copy of Child's Birth Certificate 3. Proof of CA Residence (utility bill) 4. Copy of Immunization Record or signed waiver (contact the school office for waiver instructions) 2011-2012: Please contact the school office for information regarding current openings for the 2011 - 2012 school year in grades 1 - 6. 2012-2013: Enrollment applications for the 2012-2013 school year may be downloaded from the link provided on this page. The deadline to submit completed enrollment packets for the 2012-13 school year is Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at 3:30 p.m.. If the number of applications received exceeds the available openings for the school year, spaces will be filled via lottery drawing. All completed enrollment packets received by the deadline will be included in the lotter drawing, which will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. Attendance at the lottery is not required. Subsequent to the drawing parents will receive notification via letter regarding the status of enrollment applications. Additional deadlines regarding accepting placement offers and registration paperwork will be provided at that time.
