Field Trip Information
In order to be on a field trip with a class you must have on file:
- Livescan
- TB Test
If you are DRIVING for a field trip, you must have on file:
- a copy of your current driver's license
- Proof of automobile Insurance
Below are suggested Insurance levels:
Public Liability/Bodily Injury $100,000/$300,000 per occurrence
Property Damage $25,000 per occurrence
Medical $5,000 per occurrence

Notice to Parents
Below are some procedural reminders set in place to keep your kids safe.
- Every Friday, your child brings home a “Friday Folder”. Within this folder are communications from the school, the Foundation, the Board, your child’s teacher, as well as work your child has done. Please return this folder to your teacher each Monday.
- All parents and guests must register at the front if they are going beyond the main entrance of the School. We need to know who is in the building at all times.
- During regular dismissal times, please do not go back to your child’s classroom. This creates confusion within the dismissal process.
- River Club: Every child must be signed out.
