2011-2012 classroom supply list:

Community Supplies
Since our class has grown from two levels to three levels this coming school year, so has our need for more supplies. Rather than having each student receive the same list, I have divided the supplies up among the three levels of students. If possible, please donate only the following supplies on your list. Since they will be community property, please do not label any of the items with personal names. 

4th Level Students
(please bring the following) 
4 rolls paper towel
3 packages wide-lined notebook paper
1 package assorted Expo dry-erase markers
3 spiral bound 8.5 x 11" grid notebooks
2 packages assorted colored construction paper (8.5 x 11")
4 packages Large regular paper clips
1 package black Sharpies
2 packages colored pencils – assorted colors
  (please do not buy Crayola brand, they split and break when sharpened)
3 packages white “Hi-polymer” erasers by Pentel
1 ream white copy paper
2 packages assorted colors large markers
2 packages inexpensive washcloths for cleaning
2 watercolor paint sets (8 colors w/ brush)
(inexpensive - available at Dollar Store)
2 black/white composition books
5 blue folders w/pockets
5 purple folders w/pockets
5 green folders w/3 fasteners
2 large white poster boards (not foam)

5th Level Students  
(please bring the following) 
4 large boxes Kleenex
4 half-inch three-ring binders (white)
Band-Aids
3 spiral bound 8.5 x 11” grid notebooks
2 packages assorted colored construction 11 x 14"
3 rolls scotch tape (magic tape) to be used in our tape dispenser
1 package Sharpies – assorted colors
3 spiral-bound wide-lined notebooks
2 bottles non-toxic spray cleaner
1 ream white copy paper
2 packages assorted colors thin markers
2 12” wooden rulers w/metal edge
2 watercolor paint sets (8 colors w/ brush)
2 black/white composition books
5 yellow folders w/pockets
5 blue folders w/3 fasteners
5 purple folders w/3 fasteners
2 large white poster boards (not foam)

6th Level Students  
(please bring the following)
3 packages #2 pencils (Ticonderoga brand, please)
4 one inch three ring binders (white)
1 large bottle anti-bacterial hand wash
3 spiral bound 8.5 x 11” grid notebooks
4 packages small regular paper clips
4 correction tapes
2 packages colored pencils – assorted colors
  (please do not buy Crayola brand, they split and break when sharpened)
2 packages black plastic clip boards
4 clear plastic 6” protractors 
  (bottom edge must be one straight line with a hole in the center)
1 ream white copy paper
I large packages Elmers glue sticks
2 packages yellow highlighters
2 small hand-held simple calculators
  (inexpensive -- available at dollar store)
2 boxes plastic knives, forks, spoons
5 green folders w/pockets
5 yellow folders w/3 fasteners
5 orange folders w/3 fasteners
